The budget is prepared using the modified accrual basis of accounting and all revenue, expenditures, cash receipts and cash disbursements are reported in accordance with this basis of accounting. Management is cognizant of future projects and has made a provision for those endeavors. Revenues and administrative expenditures for 1999 are anticipated to closely approximate those of 1998 and 1997. The Directors noted that there would be a one time expenditure of approximately $20,000 to be devoted to a joint monitoring project with U.S.G.S. in regard to the Metro Waste District's disposal in the vicinity of Deer Trail. The Board further noted that an unspecified amount of funds may be required in the year 1999 for legal and engineering in connection with a development known as Antelope Hill, which has been proposed near Bennett, Colorado. - 'Llt " Secret( STATE OF COLORADO . ss.
