Dear Commissioners;
Thank you for your letter of June 27, 1995, requesting notice of pending petitions
for inclusion of lands within Weld County into the Northern Colorado Water
Conservancy District (District). The District as well as the Municipal Subdistrict,
Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District (Subdistrict), will provide you with
copies of Petitions for Inclusion monthly following the deadline for submittal. In
addition, because Weld County has the legal authority and responsibility for land
use planning decisions within the County, the District and Subdistrict will also
provide you with copies of Petitions for Inclusion which are approved by the
District and Subdistrict and the District Court so that you can consider this
information in the course of your planning process.
