Please read this letter at the public meeting of the commissioners Wed, April
23, 1997.
To The Commissioners;

Since I could not attend -a meeting this week, i would like to have the
following comments read and entered into the permanent record o£ the Firestone
Sth and 6th emanation petition.
I am very much opposed to the above named anneisti-an. Flagpoling such as this
is very illogical, and in my opinion, illegal. •. I also believe that X have
been paying taxes on the property to the center of the road, therefore it
belongs to me, ne commissioners you are giving what is mine to someone I
don't want to have it. The people who own this road should vote on this
issue. i
I feel it is not my place to prove that this is wrong: rather it is your
responsibility to prove to me that this has a 1sgai president and falls within
Colorado State Statutes.
