DONALD B. DAVIS MEMBER WELD COUNTY
LIBRARY BOARD:
WHEREAS, Donald B. Davis has submitted to the Board of County Commissioners
his resignation as a member of the Weld County Library Board, and
WHEREAS, the services rendered in the interests of the public has been
at a great personal and financial sacrifice to Mr. Davis and has been most
beneficial to the Board of said Library and to the taxpayers of Weld County,
Colorado.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners,
Weld County, Colorado, does and they do hereby express their appreciation of
services rendered by Mr. Davis and now accept his resignation.
The above and foregoing resolution was on motion duly made and
seconded adopted by the following vote.

Dear Elmer:
Please accept this letter as my resignation
from the board of trustees of The Weld County
Library. I have enjoyed working with the people
on the board a great deal as they are certinly
dedicated to working for the very best library
,service possible for Weld County.
However, I have allowed myself to get involved
with too many activities, and I have had so many
meeting conflicts with library meetings that I have
been a rather poor attendant.
I thank you for your continued interest in
both the county library and our community library.
