SUBJECT: Legal Action Authorization

The Department of Planning Services has scheduled the following violations to be considered at
the June 20, 1995 hearing beginning at 10:00a.m. The Department of Planning Services is
requesting that the Board review the individual cases and determine whether or not to authorize
legal action to remedy the violations.
BCV-2187 Rosmaria Castillo
Section 70
Installation of a mobile home without permits
BCV-2177 Francis Arens
Sections 20.9.8, 70.4.2
Failure to complete inspections
BCV-2175 Kelly and Alycia Carmin
Sections 20.9.2,40.5.1, 60.5.1, 20.9.3, 20.9.8, 20.9.5, 70.4.2
Failure to complete inspections
The Department of Planning also recommends that the County Attorney be authorized to proceed
with legal action against any other persons occupying the properties, any persons claiming an
interest in the properties, and any persons acting concert with the identified parties.
Copies of the violation materials are available at the Department of Planning Services' office or
the Weld County Attorney's office.
