RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT AND APPOINTMENT TO WELD COUNTY REGIONAL
COMMUNICATIONS ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Regional Communications
Advisory Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Glenn Miller be reappointed to said board,
and that Travis Stark be appointed to replace David Vohs, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Glenn Miller to said board, with
his term to expire December 31, 1999, and to appoint Travis Stark, with his term to expire
December 31, 1997.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Glenn Miller, Fire Zone A representative, be, and hereby is,
reappointed to the Weld County Regional Communications Advisory Board, with his term to
expire December 31, 1999.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Travis Stark be, and hereby is, appointed to the
Weld County Regional Communications Advisory Board as the Fire Zone B representative, with
his term to expire December 31, 1997.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 24th day of February, A.D., 1997.
