ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE
The above-captioned action was filed on November 21, 1997. Upon review of
this matter, the Court notes that no answer or other response has been filed with the
Court by or on behalf of all Defendants except WAPA and Great Western Railway
Company, and no motion for default judgment has been filed by Plaintiff with regard to
these Defendants. Therefore, it is
ORDERED that Plaintiff shall, on or before June 15, 1998 show good and
sufficient cause if any he has in writing why this action and Complaint should not be
dismissed for failure to prosecute as to the remaining Defendants. In the event that
such showing is not made, this action shall be dismissed without prejudice without
further notice to any party.
