VARIANCE FOR COMMERCIAL FEED LOT
RANGE 68; TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH; SECTION 17;
ARDEN HOPKINS AND JAMES DRAYSON:
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
has been fully advised by the Weld County Planning Commission in relation to
the petition of Arden Hopkins and James Drayson requesting a variance in the
Mead Zoning Area for a commercial feed lot, said lot more particularly described
as follows:
Northeast Quarter (NE*) of Section 17, Township 3 North, Range 68
West of the 6th P. M., Weld County, Colorado,
and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission recommends said variance
be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the recommendation of the Weld County Planning
Commission, attached and made a part of this resolution, be concurred in and
said petition as presented by Arden Hopkins and James Drayson be granted.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:
