RE: HEARING TO ALLOW CITIZENS TO REVIEW AND COMMENT ON THE PERFORMANCE
OF THE COUNTY OF WELD IN CARRYING OUT THE WATTENBERG WATER SYSTEM
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT IN WATTENBERG, COLORADO
A public hearing was conducted on December 22, 1997, and continued to January 7, 1998, at 9:00
a.m., with the following present:
Commissioner Constance L. Harbert, Chair
Commissioner W. H. Webster, Pro-Tem
Commissioner George E. Baxter
Commissioner Dale K. Hall
Commissioner Barbara J. Kirkmeyer
Also present:
Acting Clerk to the Board, Esther Gesick
County Attorney, Bruce Barker
Director of Finance and Administration, Donald D. Warden
The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated December 1, 1997, and duly published December
3, 1997, in the Platteville Herald, a public hearing was conducted to allow citizens to review and
comment on the performance of the County of Weld in carrying out the Wattenberg Water System
Improvement Project in Wattenberg, Colorado. Don Warden, Director of Finance and
Administration, explained the building is complete and the project is now operational. He explained
no action is required of the Board. There was no public input given.
This Certification was approved on the 12th day of January, 1998.
