Dear Commissioners:
We want to "thank" you for your recent considerations given to all of us
along Highway 392 starting at Briggsdale. We hope whomever had "influence"
in getting the road out of Briggsdale paved finds enough happiness from it
to make up for all the misery it has caused everyone living from Briggsdale
to I 25.
We realize only a portion of this road is county, but semi trucks carrying
everything imaginable are using it instead of 34 built for trucks. Such a
waste of tax dollars! If trucks use 34, they have to go through the Port -of -
Entry. Now that 392 is paved all the way, you can "fly" straight through
with only a light at 85 and maybe slowing a little at Windsor. Our home
life has been ruined -noise and smog plus the danger from all these speeding
trucks and we do mean speeding"
Thanks a million again for a job "well done" and enjoy your salaries. We all
should line up and refuse to pay our taxes!!!

After re -reading the attached letter several times, I don't feel that there is any kind of response
that would not irritate Mr. & Mrs. Lawson more. I really don't feel that they want or expect an
answer.
