Dear Chair Connie Harbert and County Commissioners:
The County Council desires to keep the lines of communication open
between the Council and the Commissioners. Therefore, the Council
wishes to let you know that in response to citizens' concerns regarding
Social Services, the Council is gathering information about the possibility
of employing legal counsel to determine the scope of the Weld County
Council's jurisdiction in Social Services matters.
