(Commercial). The parcel of land is described as Lot A of RE -1521, in part of the SW4 SE4 of Section
21, T8N, R62W of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado. The location of the parcel of land for which this
application has been submitted is north of and adjacent to State Highway 14 and approximately 1/2 mile
east of Weld County Road 77.
The application is submitted to you for review and recommendation. Any comments or recommendation
