RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT TO WELD COUNTY JUVENILE COMMUNITY REVIEW
BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County Juvenile Community Review
Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Jacqueline Phillips be appointed to replace
Tom Gonzales on said board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Jacqueline Phillips with her term to
expire November 1, 1998.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Jacqueline Phillips be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld
County Juvenile Community Review Board, with her term to expire November 1, 1998.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 29th day of January, A.D., 1997.
