HomeMy WebLinkAbout972633.tiffRESOLUTION RE: APPROVE RESUBDIVISION S #433 OF LOT 6, MEADOW BROOK FARM - TRI-CITY VENTURES WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 10th day of December, 1997, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing the application of Tri-City Ventures, 6538 East US Highway 34, Loveland, Colorado 80537, for Resubdivision S #433 of Lot 6, Meadow Brook Farm, on the following described real estate, to -wit: Part of Lot B or Recorded Exemption #1610, located in the NW'/ of Section 8, Township 5 North, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, Kris Pickett, Pickett Engineering Company, represented said applicant, and WHEREAS, Section 8.3 of the Weld County Subdivision Ordinance provides standards for review of said Resubdivision S #433 of Lot 6, Meadow Brook Farm, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all of the testimony and statements of those present, studied the request of the applicant and the recommendations of the Weld County Planning Commission and all of the exhibits and evidence presented in this matter and, having been fully informed, finds that this request shall be approved for the following reasons: 1. The submitted materials are in compliance with the application requirements of Section 8.3 of the Weld County Subdivision Ordinance. 2. It is the opinion of the Board of County Commissioners that the applicant has shown compliance with Section 8.3 of the Weld County Subdivision Ordinance including specifically: a. The resubdivision will not adversely influence the adopted rules, regulations and ordinances currently enforced upon and affecting this subdivision. b. The resubdivision will no adversely influence surrounding property owners and conforms with the Weld County Comprehensive Plan. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the application of Tri-City Ventures for Resubdivision S #433 of Lot 6, Meadow Brook Farm, on the hereinabove described parcel of land be, and hereby is, granted subject to the following conditions: 2587147 B-1639 P-298 12/31/1997 02:15P PG 1 OF 2 REC DOC Weld County CO JA Suki Tsukamoto Clerk & Recorder 0.00 972633 PL0971 RESUBDIVISION - TRI-CITY VENTURES PAGE 2 1. Within 30 days from the date of approval by the Board of County Commissioners, the applicant shall submit a mylar plat prepared in accordance with Section 7.2.6 of the Weld County Subdivision Ordinance. The plat shall be recorded with the Office of the Weld County Clerk and Recorder and the applicant shall be responsible for all recording fees. 2. The plat shall show the existing 20 -foot utility easement running through the middle of Lot 6 as vacated. The plat shall show the 20 -foot utility easement around the perimeter of Lot 6. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 10th day of December, A.D., 1997.
