HomeMy WebLinkAbout950206.tiffRESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD REGARDING VI #2153 - PETERSON WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Ernest Peterson, VI #2153, is allegedly in violation of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, and WHEREAS, despite efforts by the Planning staff to resolve said matter, the violation has not been corrected, and WHEREAS, on the 14th day of February, 1995, a public hearing was held before the Board of County Commissioners for the purpose of hearing any testimony relating to said violation, and WHEREAS, Ernest Peterson, property owner, was not present or represented at said hearing, although all parties were notified of said hearing by the Department of Planning Services staff, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, after considering the recommendation of Department of Planning Services staff, deems it advisable to continue said matter to March 14, 1995, at 10:00 a.m. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that VI #2153 against Ernest Peterson be, and therefore is, continued to March 14, 1995, at 10:00 a.m. 950206 ai Peierscn PL0824 VIOLATIONS PAGE 2 The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 14th day of February, A.D., 1995.
