INCREASE APPROPRIATION OF
CIVIL DEFENSE CAPITAL OUTLAY
BY $2,198.33:
WHEREAS, Weld County, Colorado received a refund from the U. S.
Department of Commerce, Bureau of Public Roads, in the amount of $2,198.33,
for reimbursement on part of the cost of installing the Civil Defense radio
communication system, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it necessary for the welfare and safety
of the County to use said refund to purchase additional units thereby increasing
the efficiency of said radio communication system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that the appropriation for Civil Defense Capital
Outlay be and the same is hereby increased by $2,198.33 for the purpose as
stated above.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:
