VI-9800077, Sonny and Donna Schneider Section 47 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance Livestock Feeding and Performance Standards VI-9800068, Guadalupe and Rose Chavez Section 302, of the 1994 Uniform Code of the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings Abatement of Fire Damaged Building VI-9800071, Robert McPeek Sections 50.5.3, 60.5.2 and 71.4.2 of the Weld County Building Code Ordinance Final Inspections on a Mobile Home not obtained within 180 days VI-9700201,Jacob and Betty Dawson Sections 31.2 and 31.3.9 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance Noncommercial Junkyard located on the property VI-9800066, Terry and Dorothy Bird Sections 31.2 and 31.3.9 of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance Noncommercial Junkyard located on the property The Department of Planning also recommends that the County Attorney be authorized to proceed with legal action against any other persons occupying the properties, any persons claiming an interest in the properties, and any persons acting in active concert with the identified parties.
