NOV 2 2 1996 RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE VACATION OF SPECIAL USE PERMIT #207 - PAPPENHEIM / METROPOLITAN LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, by Resolution dated July 11, 1973, the Board did approve Special Use Permit #207 to locate a cattle feedlot operation in the A (Agricultural) Zone District for Ronald Pappenheim, Route 1, Box 197, Eaton, Colorado, on the following described real estate, to-wit: SW1/4 SW1/4 SW1/4 of Section 23, Township 7 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, Agricultural Investments, Nebraska Branch Office, 2550 North Diers Avenue, P.O. A WATER SUPPLY STATEMENT. See attached water letter submitted by North Weld County Water District regarding availability of domestic water service to the subject site. 2. STATEMENT EXPLAINING THAT PROPOSED LOTS WILL HAVE ADEQUATE MEANS FOR DISPOSAL OF SEWAGE. Currently, Lot A has an existing septic system in place .
