BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County,
Colorado, that in accordance with provisions of the Colorado Waste Disposa�.
Site and Facilities Act, Chapter 358, Colorado Session Laws 1967, the Board
hereby grant the Town of Kersey Certificate Number Four.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:

In accordance with the provisions of the Colorado Solid Waste Disposal Sites and Facilities Act, Chapter 358, Colorado
Session Laws, 1967, the Board of County Commissioners of County,
