ACCEPTING BID FOR REMODELING COUNTY WELFARE BUILDING JOHN BRASS AND SONS: WHEREAS, sealed bids for the remodeling of the Weld County Public Welfare Building were opened in the office of the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado on April 3, 1963, said bids having been called for and notice having been duly published according to law, and WHEREAS, John Brass and Sons, 816 - 15th Street, Greeley, Colorado did submit the lowest and best bid to meet requirements set forth in plans and specifi- cations prepared by Claude A. Nash, Architect, said bid being in the amount of $11,993.00, with additional work at 15%, said remodeling to be completed on or before May 31, 1963, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, believes it to be in the best interests of the County to accept said bid. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that the John Brass and Sons bid be, and it is hereby accepted.
