We have reimbursed your county for the 1993, County Cost Allocation Plan based
on revenues recovered by the State during State Fiscal Year 1995.
Attached is a statement of the costs claimed by your department for 1993 actual
costs, fixed for 1995. Your reimbursement is based on the total amount claimed
plus or minus any adjustments. This adjusted total is multiplied by 35%, then
adjusted by any outstanding accounts payable or receivable for your county. The
net figure is either the amount of the warrant paid to you or the balance due the
State. Any adjustments made will be explained on the attached statement. The
plan for Fiscal Year 1993 includes the rollforward adjustment.
The counties whose plans are reviewed by the Federal Division of Cost Allocation
are being adjusted with the Fiscal Year 1995 payment of the 1993 Cost Allocation
Plan as an extraordinary item.
