Home My WebLink About620092.tiffIN THE MATTER OF ESTABLISHING NEW AND CHANGED ELECTION PRECINCT BOUNDARIES IN THE COUNTY OF WELD, COLORADO WHEREAS, On April 6, 1962, the Board of Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, passed a resolution adopting voting machines for use for all state and county elections hereafter held in Weld County, Colorado, as provided for by Section 49, Article 12, C.R.S. 1953, and WHEREAS, the use of voting machines necess- itates the reorganization of voting precincts in said County, and it is desirable and necessary that the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, now consider, determine and establish such modifications in the elections precincts in the County of Weld. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that PRECINCT ONE shall consist of that area within the following described boundary line: Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 3, Township 2 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., thence South four miles, more or less, to the Southeast corner of Section 22, in said Township and Range, thence East one mile, more or less, to the Northeast corner of Section 26, in said Township and Range, thence South one mile, more or less, to the Southeast corner of said Section 26, thence East one mile, more or less, to the Northeast corner of Section 36, in said Township and Range, thence South one and one-half mile, more or less, to the East quarter corner of Section 1, Township 1 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., 620092 -2 - thence West five and one-half miles, more or less, along the East and West center line of Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, in Township 1 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M., to the point of intersection of the East and West center line of said Section 6 with the center line of U.
