THAT SUCH EXEMPTION IS JUSTIFIED AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTENT OF THE LAW, AND
EXEMPTION IS HEREBY GRANTED AS FOLLOWS:
EFFECTIVE APRIL 1, 1996 THROUGH JULY 31, 1996, EXEMPTION IS GRANTED, TO 66% OF THE
ABOVE LEGAL DESCRIPTION, AND EXEMPTION IS DENIED TO 32% OF THE ABOVE LEGAL DESCRIPTION.
EXEMPTION IS INCREASED TO 100%, EFFECTIVE AUGUST 1, 1996, WHEN THE NONQUALIFIED USER
VACATED THE PROPERTY.
