RE: INCREASE CHANGE FUND IN MOTOR VEHICLE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended to the Board that the Change Fund in the Motor
Vehicle Department be increased by $240.00, and
WHEREAS, after study and review, the Board deems it advisable to increase the Change
Fund in the Motor Vehicle Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Comptroller be, and hereby is, authorized to increase the Change Fund
in the Motor Vehicle Department by $240.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 13th day of March, A.D., 1995.

I hereby request $240.00 to increase the Change Fund in Motor
Vehicle.
The additional amount of $200.00 is needed to replenish the
cash drawers. $40.00 will be used as a cash drawer for the Fast
Renewal Line.
