HomeMy WebLinkAbout971720.tiffRESOLUTION RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD REGARDING VIOLATION OF THE WELD COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE - BROWITT WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Harold and Beverly Browitt, VI #9700084, are allegedly in violation of the Weld County Zoning Ordinance, and WHEREAS, on the 12th day of August, 1997, a public hearing was held before the Board of County Commissioners for the purpose of hearing testimony relating to said violation, and WHEREAS, Harold Browitt, property owner, was present at said hearing, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all of the testimony and statements of those present, and, having been fully informed, deems it advisable to close said violation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that VI #9700084 against Harold and Beverly Browitt be, and hereby is, closed. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 12th day of August, A.D., 1997. To bring the property into compliance the noncommercial junkyard must be removed from the property, a commercial use must be occurring and a Site Plan Review is required.
