RE: SITE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FINAL
PLAN, S #403, FOR THE FIRST FILING (11 LOTS), MEADOW VALE SUBDIVISION -
MEADOW VALE FARMS, INC.
A public hearing was conducted on September 25, 1996, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:
Commissioner Barbara J. Kirkmeyer, Chair
Commissioner George E. Baxter, Pro-Tem
Commissioner Dale K. Hall
Commissioner Constance L. Harbert - EXCUSED
Commissioner W. H. Webster
Also present:

Planning Department representative, Todd Hodges
The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated August 14, 1996, and duly published August 22,
1996, in the North Weld Herald, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of Meadow
Vale Farms, Inc., for a Site Specific Development Plan and Planned Unit Development Final Plan
for the First Filing (11 Lots), Meadow Vale Subdivision. Lee Morrison, Assistant County Attorney,
made this a matter of record. Todd Hodges, Planning Department representative, presented a brief
summary of the proposal and entered the favorable recommendation of the Planning Commission
into the record as written. He noted this Plan is for the First Filing only, which includes 11 lots, and
the improvements agreement will be submitted for approval at a later date. Mr. Hodges reviewed
the service providers for the area and confirmed all entities have reviewed this proposal. Floyd
Oliver represented the applicant and stated this proposal will create the best subdivision in northern
Colorado and welcomed questions from the Board. He confirmed agreement with all Conditions
of Approval and stated there are no concerns. No public testimony was offered concerning this
matter. Commissioner Webster moved to approve the request of Meadow Vale Farms, Inc., for
a Site Specific Development Plan and Planned Unit Development Final Plan for the First Filing
(11 Lots), Meadow Vale Subdivision, based on the recommendations of the Planning staff and the
Planning Commission, with the Conditions of Approval as entered into the record. The motion was
seconded by Commissioner Webster, and it carried unanimously.
