We commenced at the starting points named in said petition, and runovar the course
of each described route, as above noted , and would respectfully recommend that the pray-
er of petitioners be granted, except one mile as proposed, lying and being between
sections 12 and 13 , Pp. •8 N R 66 W which we
your viewers, respectfully recommend be
not granted; we also recommend that the road asked to be vacated and abandoned be not
abandoned.
The last named point being the terminus thereof, and the road as above laid out
and viewed being over the most practicable router which we in our Judgment can find . We
found it necessary to make the following changes in the proposed routs as prayed for,
viz:' and respectfully recommend that the following additions be made:
(511 ) 1 . Commencing at the SE corner of section 11, Tp . SN R 66 west; thence west two
miles; thence north one mile ; thence west one mile ; thence north one mile; thence west
one mile ; thence north two miles to the SE corner of section 19 Pp. 9N R 66w. Thence
west seven miles to the SW corner of section 19 Tp. 9N R 67 Went.
(511a) 2. Commencing again at the SE corner of section 19 Pp. 9N R 66 west; thence north
three miles; thence west one mile; thence north one mile to the southeast corner of sec
tion 36, Tp. 10N it 67 west; thence west and along township line six miles to the west
line of Weld County .
(511 b ) 3 . Commencing again at the southwest ' ;orner of section 31, Tp. 10 N R 66
west; thence east two miles; thence south one mile to the SE corner of section 5 7j. 9N
R 65 west.
(511 c ) 4. Commencing again at the SW corner of section 5 Tp. 9N R 56 west;
thence east three miles to the SE corner of section 15, said township and range.

tion was taken and ' entered of record , to-wit; 1907 when the following
The board having carefully considered the report of the viewers hereinas well as
the objections made therreto , and finding the report correct as to form, and believing
the public good requires the laying out of the road as recommended by the viewers, it
was on motionordered that the report be approved and adopted, and the road therein de-
scribed and recommended by the viewers be and is hereby declared a public highway. The
Clerk is directed to record the report, plat the road, draw warrants in favor of parr
ties for damages awarded, and cause notices to be posted of opening of said road, and
notify the Road Overseer of proper District to open the sane to travel in sixty days as
required by law.
