RE: INCREASE CHANGE FUND IN FORT LUPTON MOTOR VEHICLE DEPARTMENT,
CLERK AND RECORDER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended to the Board that the Change Fund in the Fort
Lupton Motor Vehicle Department be increased by $210.00, per the attached memorandum from
J. A. "Suki" Tsukamoto, Weld County Clerk and Recorder, which states the following:
$100.00 increase in the Change Fund and $110.00 increase in cash
drawers for Cash Tendering System (currently one drawer is at
$40.00 -- add four cash drawers and make each of the five $30.00)
WHEREAS, after study and review, the Board deems it advisable to increase the Change
Fund in the Fort Lupton Motor Vehicle Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Comptroller be, and hereby is, authorized to increase the Change Fund
in the Fort Lupton Motor Vehicle Department by $210.00.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 5th day of March, A.D., 1997.

SUBJECT: INCREASE CASH DRAWERS AND CHANGE BANK
I, J.A. "Suki" Tsukamoto, Weld County Clerk & Recorder, would like to request the
following in the Fort Lupton Motor Vehicle Department Branch Office in South Weld
County:
► $100.00 to increase the Change Fund
► $110.00 to start 5 cash drawers for Cash Tendering. With $40.00 in the only cash
drawer, I would like to increase with the $110.00 to make each of the five stations with
the starting amount of $30.00.
► Currently:
$300.00 change bank
40.00 cash drawer
$340.00
► After the increase:
$300.00 change bank
100.00 increase for change bank
40.00 current cash drawers
110.00 increase cash drawer money
$550.00
