WELD COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
TERM EXPIRES DECEMBER 31, 1970:
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Adjustment shall consist of five
members as provided by resolution dated March 6, 1963 and two vacancies do
now exist, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission has recommended Marvin
L. Nix of LaSalle, Colorado and J. Ben Nix of Eaton, Colorado to fill said
vacancies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado that Marvin L. Nix of LaSalle, Colorado and J. Ben Nix
of Eaton, Colorado be and they are hereby appointed as members of the Weld
County Board of Adjustment for a three year term, beginning this date and ending
December 31, 1970.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following votes
