AMENDING THE MELD COUNTY ZCNING RESCLUTICN DATED MAY 29, 1961'
BE IT RESCLYEb, that the Board of County Commissioners,Weld
County, Colorado, accept the recommendations of the Weld County
Planning Commission amending the Weld County Zoning resolution dated
May 29, 1961 and filed in the office of the Weld County Clerk and
Recorder on June 2, 1961 under No. 1356815 to read as follows,
Amend Section 1, Paragraph 1.1 €stablishments of District
by the addition of the following'
"0 - Open District"
Amend Section III, by adding a new paragraph 3.14 to read as
follows: "3.14 Restrictions in the "Cr. Omen District
(1) All uses permitted in the "A", Agricultural District
shall be permitted in the "0", Open District, except
that 3.3 (3) "cattle feeding and the raising of fowl,
rabbits, hogs and other animals for commercial use"
shall NCT be limited in any manner in the "0", Open
District.
(2) There shall be NO limitations regarding setback, Lot
Area, Lot Width, Side Yards, Rear Yards or Height of
Buildings in the "0", Open District".
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote,
