RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF WILLIAM HEDBERG TO WELD COUNTY BOARD OF
RETIREMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County Board of Retirement, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that William Hedberg, a registered elector of the
County, be appointed to said board, to replace Larry Bohlender, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint William Hedberg to said board, with
his term to expire July 31, 1996.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that William Hedberg be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld County Board
of Retirement, with his term to expire July 31, 1996.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 1st day of May, A.D., 1995.
