RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF CLAUD HANES TO WELD COUNTY BOARD OF
RETIREMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County Board of Retirement, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Claud Hanes be appointed to said board, to
replace Pat Persichino as one of the employee representatives, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Claud Hanes to said board, with his
term to expire July 31, 1999.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Claud Hanes be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld County Board of
Retirement, with his term to expire December 31, 1999.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 26th day of July, A.D., 1995.
