RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENTS TO WELD COUNTY AREA AGENCY ON AGING
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Area Agency on Aging, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Mary Ellen Faules, Mary Fox, and Judy
Yamaguchi be reappointed to said agency, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Mary Ellen Faules, Mary Fox,
and Judy Yamaguchi to said agency, with their terms to expire January 31, 2000, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Mary Ellen Faules, Mary Fox, and Judy Yamaguchi be, and
hereby are, reappointed to the Area Agency on Aging, with their terms to expire January 31,
2000.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 29th day of January, A.D., 1997.
