RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP REQUEST FOR LICENSE FROM JOHN N. SIPRES, DBA SIPRES LOUNGE, TO SIPRES LOUNGE, INC., DBA SIPRES LOUNGE, AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, Sipres Lounge, Inc., dba Sipres Lounge, presented to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, an application for a Change of Ownership of a Tavern Liquor License for the sale of malt, vinous and spirituous liquors for consumption by the drink on the premises only, said license previously held by John N.
