Strohl Presented to the Board of Commissioners' Jul 10 1920 when the following action was taken and_ entered of record, to-wit: The Board having carefully mneidered the report of the viewers herein well as the objections mode thereto,and finding the report correct as to form,and believing the public good requires the laying out of the read as recommended by the viewer,,it was on motion ordered that the report be approved end adopted,and the road therein described and recommended by the viewers be and is hereby declared a public highway. The Clerk is directed to record the report,plat the road,drew warrants in favor of parties for damages awarded,and rause notices to be posted of opening of said road,and notify the Road Overseer of proper Dietrict to open the same to travel in sixty day,as required by law.
