RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF NORMAN NASH TO WELD COUNTY BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County Board of Adjustment, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Norman Nash be appointed to said board,
to replace Richard Martin as the District 4 representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Norman Nash to said board, with
his term to expire December 31, 1998.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Norman Nash be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld County
Board of Adjustment, with his term to expire December 31, 1998.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 25th day of August, A.D., 1997.
