REVERT CHANGE OF ZONE

WHEREAS, the hereinafter described property was zoned on November 10,
1965 from "A" Agricultural to "MH" Mobile Home on the condition that said area
develop within twelve (12) months from date of the resolution or the property
would revert back to an "A" Agricultural Zone, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission has recommended that the
herein described property belonging to N. J. McConohay be re -zoned as the
provisions of the zoning have not been fulfilled.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners that
based upon the recommendation of the Weld County Planning Commission the West Half
of the East Half (WEB) of Section 24, Township 2 North, Range 66 West of the 6th
P. M. (160 acres) in the Fort Lupton Area is zoned from "MH" Mobile Home to "A"
Agricultural.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:

Mr. N. J. McConahay of Wheatridge, Colorado be changed back to "A"
Agriculture for the reason that adequate improvements have not been made
and further be it Resolved that it is the recommendation of. the Weld
County Planning Commission that said zoning for said property be "A"
Agriculture.
