The District and Town have previously shown a cooperative spirit in the construction of a joint fuel facility. Such cooperation is a benefit to taxpayers of the community due to consolidation of building needs. We find that the community may be better served and more efficiently served through this annexation by allowing the Town of Windsor to join maintenance facilities with the school district. Brian L.
