NOTICE OF THE
OPENING of PUBLIC ROAD
Notice Is Hereby Given that the County Commissioners of the County of
Weld will in sixty days from June 7th 19 19 direct the proper
officer to open and work, as a public highway, the road prayed for in petition

filed at the office of said Commissioners on the day of
A. D., 19 19, said road being described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at
ohe South-west corner of section 12, townshitp 7q1, Em ge 50
West of the 6th principal meridian, run thence 5our.n on L'lie
section line 4 miles to the county line between weld. and Liergtm
counties.
And the said Commissioners do hereby declare the said line to be a public
highway from and after said sixty days.

To the Honorable Board of County Commissioners of W ela County, Coio.
GENTLEMEN:—We, the undersigned, Citizens of your County, respectfully represent that the necessities of the
public require a County wagon road to be laid out as follows, to-wit: Commencing at
South we s .: corner of Section Trelve , Township Seven :Tort:,, Rai—sac,
Fifty—eight `,Yes',; of the b ri Princip .,.L Ien 1: ii, '117 ti3Y:C, ' s0'.1th on the
section line four' miles to the county lin, b:mtween Wel'a =Y1' Marg.

All rights of way for proposed road are petitioned by signatures hereto.
there will be no bridges or culverts to built on proposed road
Said road to be not less than sixty (60) feet in width.
We therefore petition your honorable body to cause to be laid out and opened a County road as above described,
and we, the owners of the land through which said road is sought to be laid out, in consideration of the sum of
one dollar to us each and severally in hand paid by the said County of wield
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and of the laying out and opening of said road, hereby agree to give
the right of way through our lands as shown by the plat accompanying this petition, and relinquish all claims for
damage by reason thereof.
