Dear Sir:
This letter is regarding my application for a USR permit for business. I have
applied for this permit in order to operate an automotive repair shop outside of
Galeton. This is the only source of income that I have to support my family. My
wife and I have nine children still living at home. I understand that the fee for this
permit is $1,100. Because of the size of my family, it would prove to be an
extreme hardship for me to pay this fee. If there is any way that this fee could be
waived, I would greatly appreciate it.

To Whom It May Concern:
This letter is regarding the manner in which oil, antifreeze and
gasoline will be stored and disposed of .
Oil will be stored in 55 gallon barrels. Roger Hill from Galeton
Garage will pick up these barrels and dispose of the oil .
Antifreeze will be stored in 30 gallon barrels. It will be
screened and then reused.
It is not anticipated that gasoline will be stored at this
facility.
