WELD COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH:
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners did appoint Andrew Gurtner
a member of the Weld County Health Board on July 24, 1968, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Andrew Gurtner be reappointed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that Andrew Gurtner be and he is hereby appointed
as a member of the Weld County Health Board for a period of five years
ending May 23, 1974.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:

This letter is written to remind you that Mr. Andrew
Gurtner's appointment as a member of the Board of
Health of Weld County will end as of May 23, 1969.
At the meeting today the Board members all agreed
that in the short time Mr. Gurtner has been a member
of the Board his services have proven to be very
valuable and they recommend that he be re -appointed
for another five year term.
