RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT OF DALE HALL TO POUDRE RIVER TRAIL CORRIDOR
BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Poudre River Trail Corridor Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Dale Hall be reappointed to said board, as a
county representative, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Dale Hall to said board, with his term
to expire June 1998.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Dale Hall be, and hereby is, reappointed to the Poudre River Trail Corridor
Board, with his term to expire June 1998.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 17th day of June, A.D., 1996.
