We would like to divide our 2.11 acre lot into 2 lots. .75 would be
sold with the existing house. The remaining 1.36 acre lot is where
we would like to build the new house.
The land is currently a pasture area which is not large enough for
any kind of livestock. We could get better use of the land if we
built a house on the property. It is already zoned Residential and
the 2100 Block of Bluebell has several small acreages of the proposed
kind.
This is a very nice neighborhood and we have lived here for the past
six years. It is close to both of our jobs and we would like to stay
in this neighborhood.
