November 21, 1963 Mr. Millard Ewing Route 1 Fort Lupton, Colorado Dear Millard, Elton asked me to tell you that George Rush and Walter Dittmer have indicated their willing- ness to serve as commissioners of the Authority. You may wish to appoint one of these candidates to complete E. G. Dittmer's term which would have expired on June 5, 1966, and the other for a term of four years and seven months (from December 1, 1963) in order that it may expire on July 1, 1968, which is the time at which Herman Scheid's term would have expired had he accepted appointment. On second thought, it might be desirable, for the sake of uniformity, to have Walter Dittmer's term end on July 1 also. Hello
