RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING A SITE SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND
SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT#1195 FOR A DAIRY AND AGRICULTURAL SERVICE
ESTABLISHMENT FOR A LIVESTOCK CONFINEMENT OPERATION FOR 5,000
HEAD OF CATTLE - BELLA HOLSTEINS, % GARY HENRICKSON
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Site Specific Development Plan and
Special Review Permit#1195 for a Dairy and Agricultural Service Establishment for a Livestock
Confinement Operation for 5,000 head of cattle for Bella Holsteins, % Gary Henrickson, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on the 30th day of September, 1998, at
which time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter to Wednesday, October 7,
1998, to allow the Board adequate time to view the site.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to Wednesday,
October 7, 1998, at 10:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 30th day of September, A.D., 1998.
