Dear Mr. Baxter:
The flood recovery performance period of six months for category A and B (debris removal and
emergency repair) ended January 30, 1998. This is a reminder that invoices and certificates of
completion must be submitted through your local field services representative to OEM Admin for
reimbursement. If all category A and B work has not been completed or you have requested or have
in process a supplemental DSR, that should be reported also.
Our goal is to expedite final payments on completed projects. Your final invoices and certificates of
completion will enable us to do that, and ensure closure of both State and federal requirements.
