To Whom it May Concern:
We have recently bought a home at 814 E. 16th St. in Greeley. Our neighbor is trying to obtain a
permit to run a trash service out of their home. We have had no issues with them running this
service up to this point and do not anticipate any problems in the future.
We were basically unaware that they had thisservice until it was mentioned in a conversation
with them. Their home is kept up very well and there is no odor from any trash left there. It is
apparent to us that this service will have no-affect on our home or the value of it.
