HomeMy WebLinkAbout990889.tiff RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE GRANT OF EASEMENT AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO SIGN -WAYNE AND KRIS HOWARD WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Grant of Easement between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Pubic Works Department, and Wayne and Kris Howard, 22577 Weld County Road 64.5, Greeley, Colorado 80631, with terms and conditions being as stated in said grant of easement for property located in the NE'/. of Section 26, Township 6 North, Range 65 West of 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said grant of easement, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Grant of Easement between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Pubic Works Department, and Wayne and Kris Howard be, and hereby is, approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized to sign said grant of easement. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 21st day of April, A.D., 1999.
