RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF SID WILKE TO GREELEY-WELD COUNTY AIRPORT
AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Greeley -Weld County Airport Authority, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Sid Wilke be appointed to said authority as a
joint airport commissioner, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Sid Wilke to said authority, with his
term to expire December 31, 1998.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Sid Wilke be, and hereby is, appointed to the Greeley -Weld County Airport
Authority, with his term to expire December 31, 1998.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 18th day of January, A.D., 1995.

Dear Commissioners:
On Thursday, January 12, 1995, the Greeley -Weld County Airport Board of Commissioners
conducted several interviews of individuals interested in becoming members of the Airport
Authority Board. The position for which interviews were conducted was that of the "at -
large" member, which is currently vacant. After completion of the interviews and review
of the applicants credentials and qualifications, the Airport Authority wishes to express to
both the Greeley City Council and the Weld County Board of Commissioners their
endorsement of Mr. Sid Wilke to fill said position on the Greeley -Weld County Airport
Authority. The Airport Authority believes that Mr. Wilke will be an asset to the Board, and
we appreciate your consideration in this matter.
