PLANNING COMMISSION:
WHEREAS, a vacancy does now exist on the Weld County Planning
Commission, and
WHEREAS, it has
be appointed to fill said
NOW, THEREFORE,
of Weld County, Colorado,
member of the Weld County

been recommended that J. Ben Nix of Eaton, Colorado,
vacancy.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
that J. Ben Nix be and he is hereby appointed as a
Planning Commission to serve for a term of four
1967 and ending July 22, 1971.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:
